In a group shot posted by friend Emily Bushman, Kelce can be seen smiling and throwing her arms in the air while sporting a baseball cap in support of her college, the University of Cincinnati Bearcats.

The three-time Super Bowl champion was earlier seen visiting the GranFallon Sports Bar and Restaurant and taking a selfie with a policeman.

He was wearing a red tracksuit when he came to the restaurant.

After the shooting, which began after the victory parade, many fans criticized Kelis for going out to dinner, but Emily explained her decision to share the photo.

He captioned it, "Yesterday was so hard. I won't let evil take away all the joy and memories of the day. The team and the city deserved to be celebrated, and what a fun parade we had!"

She added, "I will never forget the chaos and fear that followed the parade. Our family will continue to pray for the victims of the shooting. We love KC.
