Islamabad - Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa expressed his indignation at the withdrawal of the petition related to the general elections and ordered to produce the petitioner. According to media reports, a hearing was held in the Supreme Court on the petition filed to annul the general elections, a 3-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa, the other 2 members of the bench include Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar and Justice Musrat Hilali. 

On non-appearance of the petitioner at the beginning of the hearing, the Chief Justice inquired that 'Where is the petitioner?' Justice Muhammad Ali Mazhar said that 'February 13 petition has been requested to be withdrawn'.

When the petitioner Brigadier (R) Ali withdrew the petition, the Chief Justice said that 'Such Supreme Court cannot be joked with'. are there and then they disappear, is this joke going on?'

The Chief Justice ordered the Additional Attorney General to produce the petitioner through the concerned SHO and said that the hearing of the case will be held today on the arrival of the petitioner.
