Islamabad - Former first lady Bushra Bibi and founder of PTI Imran Khan filed an appeal against the verdict of Iddat Nikah case, in District and Sessions Court Islamabad Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary Advocate during Appeal filed against sentence in Iddat Nikah case, Barristers Salman Safdar, Salman Akram Raja, Khalid Yusuf Chaudhary and Usman Riaz Gul will follow.

In the appeal, it was said that the decision of the Nikah in Idda case is illegal, un-Islamic, un-Sharia and contrary to justice. The decision of the trial court on February 3 should be annulled. Federal and Khawar Farid Manika have been made parties in the appeal, in which the position has been taken that the divorce took place in April 2017 and she moved to her mother's house in August 2017. The application was filed after 6 years of divorce. Held, after giving talaq three times, the right does not apply, the court heard and sentenced despite lack of jurisdiction.


It should be noted that on February 3, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi were sentenced to 7 years in prison in the marriage case during Eid. gave On this occasion, the founding chairman of PTI Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi were brought before the court. 

The court sentenced Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi to 7 years in prison after being found guilty of illegal marriage. The order was pronounced. Judge Qudratullah also ordered both the accused to pay a fine of 5.5 lakh rupees.
